- Not engage in any form of plagiarism or cheating
- Participate actively and complete assignments on time
- Respect the intellectual property of trainers and Prakalpana
7. Placement Assistance
While we provide placement assistance including resume building, mock interviews, and job referrals, we do not guarantee employment. Placement success depends on various factors including market conditions, individual performance, and interview outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Prakalpana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Modifications
